Buttery crescent bites filled with cream cheese and cranberry sauce, perfect for fall.

Ingredients

  • 1 can crescent dough (8 pieces)
  • 113 g cream cheese (softened)
  • 30 g powdered sugar
  • 0.5 tsp vanilla extract
  • 120 g whole cranberry sauce
  • chopped pecans or orange zest (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 190°C. Grease or line a mini muffin tin.
  2. In a bowl, mix cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla until smooth.
  3. Roll out the dough and cut each triangle in half. Press into the muffin cups.
  4. Fill each with 1 tsp of cream cheese filling and 1 tsp of cranberry sauce.
  5. Garnish with nuts or zest if using.
  6. Bake for 11-13 minutes until golden brown. Let cool slightly before serving.
